Late Arrival, Missed Appointment & Cancellation Policy

We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.  Late arrival will accrue an additional Late Fee of $30.00. Depending on your appointment type and the time remaining, we will determine if we can continue with your service. At times we can turn your late appointment into a technician appointment. Unfortunately late fees will still be assigned for your late arrival.


  We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for all canceled or rescheduled appointments to avoid Lost Time Fees. If less than 24 hours notice is given you will be expected to pay for the appointment lost time fee of $50.00.  These fees must be paid prior to rescheduling.

 

  We strongly dislike assessing these fees to our clients, as a courtesy we do remind calls for your appointment.  We take extra measures and do our best to remind you of your appointment, but ultimately it is your responsibility to keep track of your appointments.


  If less than 24 hours notice is given or you no-show an appointment you will be expected to pay $50.00 for the missed appointment prior to making any future appointments. We also reserve the right to refuse service if policy is not met.
